About Me

Hi,

I am an Indonesian that has been living in Japan for more than 15 years now. I work professionally, formally and informally, as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master for the last 10 years working with teams and organizations to implement agility in the company. My background includes hands-on software development on all facets from project management, analysis, implementation on front-end / back-end, to testing, automation, and deployments.

I am a passionate and a strong believer on Agile, on how it can help current organizations not only to be better and reach business agility, but also to the employee of the organizations, improving how their behavior, work and interact, and ultimately their quality of life. I speak fluent English and Japanese, other than my native Indonesian.

I am also an avid cyclist. I cycle from home to work whenever I can. I join competitions and events, and goes for long rides with my groups.
